How it worked
DemoDone was built for teams that knew the product flow but did not want to write scripts, record voiceover, sync captions, or edit video manually.
Users captured the product workflow they wanted to explain. DemoDone worked from a raw screen recording, so a polished take was not required.
DemoDone analyzed the recording and generated a clear product demo script organized around what happened on screen.
Users selected an AI voice, reviewed the narration, created additional language versions, and added synced captions.
Finished demos could be downloaded, embedded, or shared, with published language versions available in the player.
What DemoDone offered
Turned a rough recording into a structured product demo script that explained the workflow in plain language.
Created professional narration without requiring a live voice recording or voice actor.
Rendered the same demo in additional languages and kept published versions selectable in the player.
Added captions matched to narration so demos were easier to follow, skim, and reuse.
Converted raw screen captures into finished demo videos with improved pacing, narration, and presentation flow.
Exported share-ready videos for landing pages, sales emails, launch posts, onboarding, and customer education.
Handled the production workflow so founders, marketers, and customer teams could ship demos without editing expertise.
Multi-language demos
Turn a finished demo into multiple language versions without managing separate links. Pick the language viewers see first and let them switch in the player when another version is available.

Who it was for
DemoDone served teams that could easily capture a raw screen recording but found polished product video production too slow.
Historical use cases
Create clear product demo videos for your homepage, feature pages, app directory listings, and investor updates.
Turn common setup flows into narrated SaaS onboarding videos that help new users understand the product faster.
Explain a new release with a short product marketing video that shows the feature instead of only describing it.
Give account executives reusable demo videos for follow-ups, outbound sequences, and buyer education.
Create help center videos, update explainers, and support assets from workflows your team already records.
Produce repeatable product demo video assets for client launches without building a full editing pipeline.
Comparison
DemoDone did not try to replace every recorder, interactive demo builder, or video editor. It focused on one workflow: screen recording to polished SaaS demo video.
